Supplements

Try to avoid anything with:
Sucralose/Splenda
Aspartame
Food coloring AKA Red #40, Blue #1, Yellow #5 in it!
GMO ingredients.
Mixing your supplement powders in plastic shaker bottles
 
 
Sucralose/Splenda is very close molecularly to pesticide and has been shown to cause cancer in mice in many studies.  http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/10773525.2015.1106075?journalCode=yjoh20&

Aspartame is a known carcinogen.  It can cross the blood-brain barrier which is bad! http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17805418

Food coloring, especially Red #40 & Blue #1 are very cheap and found in many supplements, foods, dog treats, etc.  They have been shown to increase ADHD like symptoms and cause cancer. In California any supplement that has these in them has to say on the label that it has been shown to cause cancer!
